Today's running was just as hard as Mondays. By my third one minute jog my legs were beginning to cramp. It was like they were screaming at me..."why in the hell are you doing this?"
Then I wondered if the meatloaf I ate for lunch would stay down. My lungs hurt again as I gasped for air. I had just recovered my air during the 2 minute walk when it was time to run again.
I'm also favoring my left leg, my gait is off, my mechanics are bad. The truth is if running were easy everyone would do it so I need to just suck it up, right? Can't wait for that endorphin rush to come. That's the best part...and I didn't toss my meatloaf. :)

i am so proud of you jen. The first week is hard but you will love the weeks to come. Your health will improve and you will be thrilled when you can run 15 min with out having to stop. keep it up girl i have faith in you. need any tips i'm just a phone call away
